Not so good

Just bought this for my iPad2 and the sound doesnt work. Contacted them and got a quick response but problem not yet resolved.
Ok Im changing my review because of the Great cust. Service. I contacted them about the sound problem and they were right on it, offering help and staying in contact til it was solved. Got sound having a blast spelling. K level son is spelling 4-5 letter wods with this already.
